Members of the Solar Energy Guild of Australia (SEGA) are bound by a code of Ethics and a determination to represent solar energy industry with honesty, integrity and the promotion of the industry as a whole as our driving principal.

We are committed to growing the solar energy industry in Australia. We are dedicated to providing safe and effective information, lobby for the industry, and a helpful, reliable service.

As part of these commitments we will:

1. Produce solar energy services at a high standard to meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
2. Present honest services that deliver high performance and energy savings potential of solar products/systems.
3. Inform members of any government incentives or rebates for purchasers of solar power.
4. Protect the health and safety of consumers in the delivery of products and services.
5. Perform servicing and repairs in a professional manner.
6. Be responsive to, and act upon, consumer suggestions and complaints.
7. At all times act in the best interests of the Australian solar energy industry.
